A very shocking but brief incident ensued at a Wuse Zone 2 Senior Magistrates’ Court in Abuja as Mr Tukur Mamu, a Kaduna-based publisher, collapsed in the dock after making a not guilty plea.
Tukur, the publisher of The Desert Herald Newspaper, who was arrested by the police on Tuesday in Kaduna, was on Thursday arraigned before a Magistrate court sitting in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja.
Mr. Mamu was charged with defamation of character and publishing malicious materials against Sen. Bala Mohammed, the Minister of the FCT.
